Candy Necklace Garland [Party Decorations]

Candy Necklace Garland from Lumina

Candy Garland

Found this cute garland at Martha Stewart. It was made by tying candy necklaces together!! Reminds me a lot of this Pom Pom garland. I think I like the Pom Pom Garland better (less sticky AND reusable), but I am going to use this idea when hanging it!!

Plus, if I tried to hang a candy necklace garland around my house it would be eaten before the party was over!

Painting (Picasso) Party

I love the fun ideas for a Picasso party from BHG:

Let the party goers make their own candy bracelets with lots of fun cereals and candies. I actually did this (in necklace form) for a school party when my son was in Kindergarten.

Picasso style cupcakes are really easy for the kids to decorate themselves. Just give them a palate of decorations to choose from.

And probably my favorite idea from the party, let them paint their lunch! Use carrot sticks and broccoli as paint brushes and let them paint their condiments on to a tortilla. You can then use it to make a wrap.
