Oh, I just put my turkey in an aluminum foil pan I can discard later and covered with foil for 3 hours..uncover for 1 hour more. It's usually a big, big bird, I love to have left overs for pie, or sandwiches. Thank you for hosting and I posted my Tksgiving table for this year. Enjoy your weekend.FABBY
