I ...I love making apple fruit leather in the fall. I don't have a recipe, just peel, core, and chop the apples then cook over medium heat adding a little water, sugar, and cinnamon to taste. When it turns into applesauce, remove from the heat. I use the same procedure as Berlin's whimsy for the drying process.
