Fruit Balloons [DIY Party Decorations]

Jordan is throwing a fruit party and created this fun garland of fruit balloons to go with it.  We are having an end of the year luau for my daughters class and some of the tropical fruit, the pineapple and bananas for sure, would make cute decorations for her classroom.
