Memorial Day is just around the corner, which starts out a string of my favorite patriotic holidays.  If you are looking for something one of a kind to make this summer to celebrate, these patriotic peppermint patties are sure to be a crowd pleaser.  They would be fun to swirl in some homemade ice cream too.
