Little Birdie Secrets shows you a great fabric transfer method that is perfect for making French Tea Towels.
The method would also work really well for a Halloween dishtowels too.

I've really enjoyed using this technique in the past. It turns out really well. (In fact, I planned for our ward to do it this week for Super Saturday.)
