Moving Pictures [Cinemagraphs]

Cinemagraph by From Me To You

Have you seen the popular cinemagraphs floating around.  Pictures that move like movies?  There are lots of different ones, like these lovely party lights by From Me To You.  Or Date Night:

Jamie Beck and Kevin Burg




I think part of the reason I love them is because they remind me of the images from Harry Potter movies. But they would be a fun digital Christmas card to send. Not that I am thinking about Christmas yet, but if you want to make one of your own for any reason you can check out a tutorial on how to make cinemagraphs over at PhotoJoJo.
