Scalloped Pennant Garland from The Reed Life


Shauna redecorated her daughters room and her daughter now calls her bed the party bed.  Why wouldn't you if you had this gorgeous scalloped pennant garland with pom poms decorating it!

    I made one of these for my daughter's bed and we love it! We make them for parties, lemonade stands and whatever other fun we can come up with!
