Disney created this fun flannel board-esq face pillow.  With all of the fun pieces, you can turn the plain flannel pillow into a ton of different faces:

And the pattern she provides is so simple that even I can make this!  It might be a little lopsided if I make it, but that will just add to the monster effect.
