After seeing all of the Christmas tree crudités, I figured there had to be a turkey shaped one out there somewhere. And I was right:
The first and third use a refrigerated dip to make the turkey body, but I think I am partial to the cauliflower version in the middle. Of course, you could always use a cabbage. You could even cover it in other veggies.
