Painted and Mod Podged Acorns

Amy from Modge Podge Rocks took some acorns and spunked them up a bit with some paint and mod podge:


I think we are going to have to go hunting for more acorns!  I wonder if I can paint them with candy corn stripes.

    I love the blue, I think I'll change the color scheme of one of my rooms, just to use it!

    Ahhh, those are so neat!! Glittered, they be so wonderful too...we never get acorns around here, just caps with tiny little acorn nubbins inside that never grew up. :)

    I love the acorns, and the blue really stands out. I have looked for acorns around here, just to have in a bowl for decoration, but can't see to find any that are not broken.

    Be careful bringing acorns inside! Once they get warm and cozy, anything lurking inside will hatch and emerge. Ask me how I know this!!
