The Bird's Papaya used a double curtain rod and some fabric to create this pretty book sling :
She has it hanging next to her daughters bed. But my girls to not have a headboard in their room. And I am wondering what this would look like behind their bed. Maybe even more than one. Hmmmmm.

This is so cute! What a great idea and I love that you can use any fabric -- making it good for boys or girls and for any age. I have to use this somewhere!

ReplyDeleteThere were instructions to make these in the recent issue of Family Fun magazine. They hung their's under a window. It looked really cute, but I bet tiering a few...probably 3 would make an adorable (and easily changeable) headboard.
ReplyDeleteI made one recently after seeing it in family fun but I did it differently. I used 2 u-shaped rods. :) It is a great idea- I want to make one for every room now:) Here is my post:
