Window Valance Skirt

Becky from Realynn found this cute valance at a garage sale:


And turned it into an even cuter skirt:


I love sewing projects where half of the sewing is done for you!  You can see how she made the transformation HERE.

    You got a new follower with the Valance Skirt. I see those darn things in so many thrift stores and garage sales - and who uses valances anymore? Well - I don't. But some of them are absolutely perfect for making a skirt. Perfect. I have got to get to the local Goodwill and see if they have some options. I'm Facebooking this for my daughters and other friends with little daughters. Thank you so much!
