Picnic Garland

I missed this idea when it was first posted earlier this summer and I am so glad I ran across it when I did!  This fun garland doubles as a utensil/napkin holder!  How clever is that.  It is cute, colorful, and handy!  And perfect for your 4th of July barbeque!
