Caramel Apple

I am trying not to wish for Fall already (the summer here has been really nice) but these cute caramel apple cupcakes have me dreaming of cooler weather and fun Fall festivities:


I don't even like baked apples, but I will find a way to steal the caramel frosting and stick idea!

    Yummy! I am so ready for fall! We are baking, or rather melting, here in Indiana. My apples are also getting closer to being ready.
