Wax Paper Embroidery Hoop Wall Art

I saw this at Free Pretty Things For You:


I think I would use something other than wax paper, but I love the idea of having a cute mini pennant garland hanging around all the time.   You could even do it without the embroidery hoop and just hang it in a frame.
