Patriotic Drink Stirrer [4th of July]

I found this image for a fun 4th of July drink stirrer that I know is from Martha:


But of course I can't find it on her actual site. So I am guessing that the white star is jicama?  Any other ideas?

Thanks to Jen and Brooke I know know it is coconut!
