Popsicle Bar

Back when I was writing this post about popsicles I remember a restaurant that sold only popsicles in New York.  Remembered a really great picture I had seen of it online somewhere.   I wanted to include it on the post, but couldn't for the life of me remember what it was called.

And I finally found it again!  It is Pop Bar and you can read about them HERE.  But the next time I am in NY I will be stopping by for some handcrafted gelato on a stick:

Too bad they are spray painted so you can't use them in actual popsicles.  I wonder if you could recreate the look with food coloring?  But they would probably be really messy!
