Mini Cheesecakes

When I saw these yummy Chocolate Butterscotch No Bake Cheesecakes from Bakers Royale I fell in love:


Not just for the recipe (which you can find HERE) but with the pan.  This pan:


The 12-Cup Mini Cheesecake Pan that I now can't live without.  It is on my wish list.  But not just because of the cute mini cheesecakes you can make with it.  Because I need to use it to make mini ice cream cupcakes like the ones that I made for my Hubby's birthday but without the un cute aluminum cupcake wrappers!

Adding it to my Christmas list as we speak!

    I have that mini cheesecake pan and LOVE it! Not only does it make beautiful, tiny cheesecakes, but it makes the perfect sized small'ish cupcakes.
