Black Bean and Corn Salsa
My mother in law kept telling me about this black bean and corn salsa that they fell in love with. In never got a chance to try it while I was in AZ. But last night I found a recipe on Little Birdie Secrets for Cowboy Caviar and the ingredients sound pretty similar. But this version has avocado! YUM!

ReplyDeleteThe one I make has red onion, cilantro, then canned beans, corn & tomatoes. Super easy! Best if you let it chill for a bit b/f sreving.
