And it is still one of my favorite finds ever. Just plain old balloons, but they look so perfect and pretty in the sunlight.

aww, those are so pretty! you said "balloon garland" and i had this immediate awful imagine in my head of a bad wedding reception backdrop. but these are actually elegant and fun!
