You can get the recipe for these yummy treats at C&C Cakery. I think I am going to have to give it a shot. I am wondering if it is better than just eating both a cupcake AND a fruit tart. I might have to try both.

They remind me of the beautiful cakes the asian bakeries around here sell- no frosting, just covered in fruit slices and a shiny glaze. YUM!
