We picked blackberries at a berry farm today. I have 4 lbs of them. I already make cobbler, but I think I might have to make pie. It is a little too early for 4th of July pie:
Natalie! What a fun treat that would be. And I would love to have a birthday in our family on the 4th. All of us share our birthday with a holiday or another person in our family. Halloween, New Years Day, Cinco de Mayo...it would be fun to add an Independence Day!
Have you tried The Pioneer Woman's Blackberry Cobbler...delicious beyond words. You must try it if you like blackberries! You'll make it again and again. :)
