Toffee Nest Cupcakes
I wish I was brave enough to play with melted sugar. With three little ones running around, I am just too scared to have the stuff around the house. Culinary napalm as my buddy Alton Brown calls it. But if I was brave enough (or if I could talk the hubby into taking the kids out of the house for the afternoon) I might have to try this:
