Petti Skirt Short Cut

Petti Skirts are so fun on little girls, but if you have ever tried to make one (or have a wonderful sister in law that made one for you) you know that they are a LOT of work.  So if you want one, make this cute ruffle skirt from Duck in a Row instead:

    i ♥ this! my daughter always says how her petticoat is scratchy or itches...it's not really rough at all...i think that it just "tickles" her...if i made her one like this, none of the ruffles will brush against her..they are all on the outside! perfect!
