Easter Egg Cake

Amanda from I am Baker came up with this cute egg cake for Easter:


Dang that girl is talented.  But as if THAT wasn't cute enough, look what is on the inside:


I figure I could pull of a big yellow circle that would look like a yolk, but that isn't nearly as cute as the little chick!
