Plastic Bottle Flowers
Catching Fireflies and Grace Violet both posted about Anthropology's Spring window displays:
The flowers are made of plastic bottles cut and painted to look like flowers. Which got me Googleing...

ReplyDeleteI got that email too! I as well went to the store and took a picture. I am a teacher and will be making these with my students for Spring Decor in our classroom.

ReplyDeleteMy sister spotted something like this last Christmas in Vancouver (http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=5104867&id=681927673#!/photo.php?pid=5104867&id=681927673&fbid=279720887673) I sooo hope you can access the link. They're cut similarily but from the bottle tops, melted to curl like lilies, and then Christmas lights popped through the centre!
