This Owl Hat and Scarf from Ruffles and Stuff is a cute tutorial for fall, but could also be a quick and cute (and reusable) Halloween costume if you find yourself in need of one before Saturday:
I'm cracking up here because I went to check out the tutorial and discovered that she'd used an old sweater for it...I was all prepared to knit one from scratch!
Way cute... but it's the day before halloween. Forget knit from scratch and old sweater...I'm thinking discount store scarf and hat, a bit of felt from their craft section, and glue!
Luckily my kids are all grown up...but I'm still sewing up a wizard cape for one today!
That is darn cute. I am going to checkout the tutorial. My daughter would flip for this.
