Candy Wrappers

I have to bring Candy to Lou La's class party and I think I might be crazy enough to make these wrappers:

    hey lorie sorry i didnt take a picture but i got the recipe from allrecipes.com i use that site a lot. its a really fun cake to make, the best part is the tootsie rolls that look like cat poop! if you do make it get a kitty litter scoop to scoop out the cake
