Make Your Own Magic Shell

I found the recipe to making your own Magic Shell ice cream topping on Alpha Mom:

Microwave 1 1/4 Cups Chocolate Chips and 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (measured when solid) until melted. Stir together and there you have it.

    Beth. I haven't tried it yet. I have the coconut oil and the chocolate chips, just need the ice cream!!

    And coconut oil is the BEST on popcorn!!

    I absolutely love magic shell, but I'm not familiar with coconut oil - is it available in most grocery stores? (near the vegetable & olive oils?) Thanks in advance!
