Watermelon Cookies

No, they are not made of watermelon, but they look like watermelons.  And THEY - ARE - CUTE!

And then you do this:

and then this:

And then you try not to eat them until people have a chance to oooh and aaah over them.

Oh, and if you don't have a watermelon cookie cutter, just use a circle cookie cutter and then cut it in half.
