They cut a slit in the bottom of cupcake/muffin liners and slid them over the white lights. They now look like a vine of flowers!

Summer Lights
I love when people string up white lights for parties. Of course, all of my white lights are from Christmas, so the cords are green. Not white. And I have so many that it would be silly to buy more with white cords. Read silly as my husband would think I was crazy.
