Just a regular side table covered in fabric...but guess what is underneath that fabric.
Guess.
Give up?
This:

A garbage can. Can you believe it? Not only is it an inexpensive way to make a side table, but you can use it to store blankets or sweaters during the off season.
Great solution to storing linens.
ReplyDeletethat's clever! my husband would ask me if I'd lost my mind though if I tried that :-)
ReplyDeleteK, this is a SUPER cool idea!! If I didn't already have end tables I think I would try this. You always find AMAZING tips!
ReplyDeleteWow! That is an awesome idea!
ReplyDeleteKathie, He wouldn't think you are crazy if he knew how cheap it was compared to a set of matching nightstands! ;D
ReplyDeleteThat is FREAKING AWESOME!!
ReplyDeleteThat is funny, my mom has a garbage can table just like that. It has old jeans in it. Great idea anyway!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. I saw something similar on a food storage blog. Instead of a garbage can, they had a drum holding emergency water and covered it up as a bedside table. I thought that was genius. It's hard to find somewhere to store those plastic water drums.

ReplyDeleteI would have never thought to use a garbage can. But it looks nice all new and shiney. lol
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
