Pie Tin

Is there anything that black spray paint can't make beautiful? I found this on Cherry's Jubliee:



And this is what it was before black spray paint:

She calls it a baking scallopy thing a ma jing, but isn't it just a pie tin? Either way it is gorgeous!!

    Ooh...so pretty! I saw your little blurp in Reader and was REALLY afraid someone had spray painted a pie tin black...and then baked Pie in it! LOL

    Very pretty. You're right, the black really makes that scalloped edge stand out. How did we all survive before we figured out we could paint everything black??

    I think you make tart crusts w/it but DANG THAT IS CUUUUTE! I have several of them that I've picked up at Goodwill and NEVER used them for baking. Now I just have to find the glass part! lol
