Canopies

I have never been a canopy lover. But this is about to change all that:

I am dying to try this and see if it works! It would be gorgeous for a wedding, but since I don't know anyone getting married anytime soon I am going to have to have an outdoor tea party or something!

And for the record, never wanted a canopy bed either, but after seeing this from Domino I might change my mind:

  3. Wifey, I imagine it takes some trial and error. It is a balancing act between the fabric and the balloons.

  4. I love this idea. But you'd have to have a pretty windless day for it to really work.

  5. I have always thought that canopies were so cool. BUt I love this one because it doesn't close the room in.

  8. SO, that is true! We have a lot of those around here though. And I was actually thinking it would be a great idea for indoors. When you are having a reception in the cultural hall of a church that doesn't have the prettiest ceiling! Then even if they went all the way to the roof it would still work!

  9. Kate, I found it off of a blog who found it from another blog who didn't know where she got it from! (one of those pictures that was on her computer forever)

I will see what I can find out.

  10. I wonder if the balloon canopy would really work? That would be so much fun to have a party under a floating balloon canopy.
