Tassel Tutorial

I am going to be honest. I am not a tassel person. They just don't fit in with the decor around here. But I still think knowing how to make one is useful! I could make it as a gift for someone who is more tassel minded. Or I could put the craft skill to use making something else. What? I am not sure yet. I am working on that!

    I have never tried to make a tassel...still trying to figure out where I would put one in my house, but I do think they're cute! Thanks for the tutorial info! :)
