Isn't it fun! They are made by mixing gel food coloring with white cake batter (and a few extra goodies like pudding and Sprite)!
For Valentine's Day I think it would be fun to make one with different shades of pink and red!! And nice white frosting.You can see the step by step tutorial here. Even if you aren't thinking of making it, the pictures are gorgeous!
