It looks unfinished, like if you just had a straw wreath or evergreen wreath without any accessories...but how and what would you use to decorate it I wonder? Hum.....

Even though it is the wrong holiday, it reminds me of something from Whoville..
Seriously though, I think it is cute but I don't think I would hang it. I would more than likely find it on my daughters head in her effort to become a true princess.
