image from soChefWe love Hot Chocolate at our house. And we love finding different ways to enjoy our hot chocolate. I have already told you about some of our favorites (peppermint hot chocolate made by stirring it with a candy cane and Mexican Hot Chocolate) but there is one that everyone should REALLY try!
A hot chocolate float.
I first had this 10 years ago at a party. You make the hottest hot chocolate and then serve it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

I am thinking that I might have to try it over peppermint ice cream this year. I can't believe I have never done that before!
Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed. I mean it is hot chocolate and ice cream. What isn't there to like?
