2 Weeks and Counting

Just in case this little realization hasn't hit you yet...There are only 2 weeks until Christmas Day!!
Does that make you excited? Or make you panic?

  1. Lorie-
I couldn't help but notice you said you were in a deep deep depression. I pray that you are feeling better. I'm glad you just put the decorations away and decided to enjoy the season without a bunch of fuss.
I have to tell you that your blog is my most favorite and I check it all the time. I even showed my husband your husband's post.
Thanks for all the great ideas!

  2. Oh, Rach. That is very kind of you! But that was a misunderstanding. What I meant is if I lived where it snowed I would be in a deep depression. I am an AZ girl and don't think I would survive in the snow! Looking back it probably wasn't something I should joke about!

But thank you so much for your kind words and I hope that anyone that is suffering this time of year has people praying for them!!

  6. Excitedly paniced.
Depression hits me hard every Dec. I really miss my past...when the kids were home, and young, and I was too. It's been 4 years since my daughter has been in Indiana for the holidays. This is our year, but they want to experience C-day at home and have their own traditions with their 22 month old. They'll be here the 29-31, and that's when we'll have Christmas.
