Sticking with the re-purposing t-shirt theme. Once you cut the sleeves off the shirt to make the cute baby hat, use the rest of the shirt as a bag!

You can find the step by step how to on Martha's site (there is even a video) but basically you sew the bottom up! Pretty easy!
