Have you done this? The cloves are actually pretty hard on your hands. I'd give it a try to see what you think before getting the kiddos going.
cool idea. If i can remember to get them from the store tomorrow. I think I'll tell them to make a design cause that's what they'd end up doing anyway.I bet they smell good.
I haven't done the Thanksgiving sign, but we have done the oranges with the cloves pocked all around. We prepoked the holes.
