Cupcakes in a Cup!

Can you believe this isn't about Halloween!

Ever since I saw Cupcake Bake Shop using pleated portion cups for her cupcakes I have been fascinated with using things other than the traditional cupcake papers for baking.

When I saw these on Flickr I knew I needed to find a way to use the idea. These are coffee cupcakes baked in paper coffee cups! I am going to have to find a hot chocolate cupcake recipe (or make one up!) so that I can do something similar when it cools off!

    Okay, but that's so mean to mention something as intriguing as a "coffee cupcake" with no recipe. I HAVE to find a coffee cupcake recipe!

    Hi, Would never have thougth to use those, and I thought using flat bottom ice cream cones for cakes was pretty nifty
