Mini Chocolate Chip Pecan Pies from Pizzazzerie
Thanksgiving is going to be a smaller group than I am used to, which means the potential for a lot of leftovers. That isn't a bad thing. But that also means that there might be discussion on not making certain things...like five different pies...since there aren't the numbers to eat them. I think I will combat this idea by suggesting me make mini pies in all of our favorite flavors. And I might have to add a mini chocolate chip pecan pie to the mix too, thanks to Courtney.
