Dessert Flavored Popsicles

Strawberry Shortcake Popsicles from Bakers Royale

Summer is peeking around the corner which means that I turn my oven off and start looking for cooler desserts to serve.  Cooler as in actual temperature.   I saw these strawberry shortcake popsicles over Bakers Royale and knew that I had to hunt down some other popsicle versions of some favorite cooler weather desserts.

If you are still in the mood for Fall, Kitchen Corners has some yummy pumpkin pie popsicles for you.

Confessions of a Cookbook Queen made both chocolate cream pie and banana cream pie popsicles.  (They happen to be my two favorite pies.  I knew Kristen and I were soul mates!!)

This keylime pie popsicle from pink lemonade is a work of art:

but sadly there is no recipe.  Kitchen Daily suggests using sweetened condensed milk, a little grated lime zest, lime juice and a little vanilla extract.

I am still on the lookout for a Cobbler flavored popsicle and then my collection will be complete!
