Mini Pancake Appetizers

I am in the process of planning a pancake breakfast for our church later this month.  I am really sad that it is completely unreasonable to serve these:

    Why of course you could make these silly girl. Premake them, have them all prepared and placed on several cookie sheets and heat them up in an oven. Easy-peasy.
