It reminds me a lot of the fabric wreaths I have seen, but not being a sewer, I don't have any scrap fabric lying around. Scrapbook paper, on the other hand, is a different story!

i do like this one, but man it looks like much work. super cute though, and great way to use those scraps!

Oh I do love this one. Maybe I can put all of that paper I manage to collect to good use!
