HOW ON EARTH DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS BOOK! I love Alton Brown and I LOVE Good Eats. I once had the entire DVR filled with Good Eats episodes. Like couldn't record anything else because all 40 hours were taken.I would watch them and then not delete them because there was something I wanted to watch again or a recipe I wanted to write down or something I wanted to show the Hubby. Well my DVR has been saved! Everything you could possible want from the first 80 episodes is in this book! And they are doing two more books!! I can't wait.
So if you love Alton Brown or Good Eats or just like to know the science behind cooking you NEED THIS BOOK!

Oooh...I think that needs to be added to my Amazon Wishlist!! (Did you know that the wishlists are "universal" now? Meaning, I downloaded a link to my "favorites" menu and can now add items to my wishlist from ANY online retailer! Sweet!)

He was on Jimmy Fallon last week plugging the book and they made smoothies, it was awesome!

I have a friend who went to the 10th yr anniversary show taping...I'm so jealous!
