Molly, from Tuesdays with Molly, made this:

with a basic white plate, chalkboard spray paint, and a plate stand.

You can make it with other plate colors too:

Love the use of chalkboards!

I think I could put my honey do list on there for each day!

Love those ideas! Good thing it's payday tomorrow so I can buy some chalk paint and figure out how to use it!

I didn't know it came in spray paint either! Pretty cool though!

And you can make your own chalkboard paint with regular paint (acrylic or laytex) and unsanded tile grout. YOu can read the mixture here:

oh man, Meredith is going to get mad if she doesn't get some credit. ;p

Molly and Meredith are sisters -- and my two oldest friends, what a strange coinkindinky was that to see their stuff on your blog -- and they craft together every Tuesday. Except this Tuesday when Mer watched my kids. HA HA!

And yes, they are super crafty and creative. I always love their stuff.

I love it! Where do you get chalkboard paint? With all of your chalkboard ideas, I am dying to try some of them!
